1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil (or a few fresh basil leaves)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
