Here are the steps to do so:

Sprinkle baking soda generously on the bottom of the oven;
Heat the white wine vinegar until lukewarm;
Pour into a bowl with water and place inside the oven and on top of the bicarbonate;
Let it rest for 30 minutes;
After the time has elapsed, clean the oven with hot vinegar;
Rinse with water and dry with a clean cloth.
