Sweet Potato Fritters with Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients (Serves about 6):
Fritters:
6 tablespoons aquafaba ( chickpea water)
2 tablespoons plain flour
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
250g sweet potato, cleaned and coarsely grated
2 spring onions, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Salsa:
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 x 400g can black beans (drained and rinsed)
150g cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 small avocado, diced
1 mild chili, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons chopped coriander (cilantro)
Salt and pepper, to taste
