Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add remaining oil, garlic, and onion. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add bell peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return shrimp to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir until everything is well-coated and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
