On a base (plate or tray), arrange the choux buns in a circle to create the first layer. Stack
the choux buns in a pyramid shape, securing them with caramel or melted chocolate. Continue until you have a tree shape.
4. Decoration:
Cover the tree with melted chocolate for a shiny effect.
Sprinkle with icing sugar to imitate snow.
Add pearls, sprinkles or vermicelli for festive decorations.
Tips:
For easier assembly, use a cardboard cone covered with aluminum foil as a support.
You can vary the filling with chocolate cream, praline cream or even flavored whipped cream.
Prepare the choux buns in advance and assemble the tree the same day to keep them crispy.
