  •             1 cup light corn syrup
  •             1 cup white granulated sugar
  •             1 ½ cups of chopped pecans
  • Cheesecake:
  •             16 ounces cream cheese softened
  •             1 cup granulated sugar
  •             ¼ tsp salt
  •             1 ½ tbsp flour, all purpose
  •             1 tbsp vanilla extract
  •             3 eggs
  •             ½ cup sour cream
  • Pecan Topping:
  •             ¼ cup butter, salted
  •             ⅓ cup light brown sugar
  •             ½ tsp vanilla extract
  •             ¼ cup heavy cream
  •             1 cup chopped pecans
