Parmesan and mozzarella bites

Option 2: Bake
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
4. Serving:
Serve the Parmesan and Mozzarella Bites warm, with marinara, tomato sauce or pesto sauce for dipping.
Tips:
Variation: Add Espelette pepper or paprika for a spicy kick.
Mozzarella: Make sure the mozzarella is well drained to prevent it from releasing too much water during cooking.
Make Ahead: You can make the bites ahead of time and keep them in the refrigerator before cooking.
