Crushed red pepper flakes
Fresh basil or parsley
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Prepare Bread: Slice the French or Italian loaf in half lengthwise. Brush cut sides with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Add Sauce and Cheese: Spread pizza sauce evenly over both halves of the bread. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Add Toppings: Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Add other desired toppings.
Bake: Place pizza bread in preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of the bread are golden brown. For extra crispness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Slice and Serve: Remove pizza bread from oven and let cool for a minute. Slice into strips or squares. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve with extra pizza sauce or crushed red pepper flakes.
