Method for Perfect Fried Eggs: Pour Water Trick

Steps:
Heat the Pan:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil or butter, ensuring the pan is well-coated.
Crack the Eggs:
Crack the  eggs into the pan carefully, keeping the yolks intact. Let them cook for about 1-2 minutes without touching them, allowing the whites to start setting.
Add Water:
Once the  egg whites have set around the edges but the yolks are still runny, pour a small amount of water (about 1-2 tablespoons) into the pan, around the edges of the eggs.
Cover the Pan:
Quickly cover the pan with a lid. The water will create steam, which helps cook the top of the egg whites without overcooking the yolk.
Cook for 1-2 More Minutes:
Let the eggs cook for another 1-2 minutes. The steam will cook the whites completely while keeping the yolk runny.
Remove and Serve:
Once the egg whites are firm and fully cooked, remove the lid. Gently slide a spatula under the eggs and transfer them to a plate. The yolk should remain soft and runny.
Why It Works:
The water creates steam in the pan, which cooks the egg whites evenly without flipping the eggs or overcooking the yolk. This trick ensures perfectly fried eggs with a crispy edge, firm whites, and runny yolks every time!
