*To make my version of Italian Meatloaf, you will need:

° minced meat, I used 500 gr.
°250 grams of Italian sausage.
°120 grams of Italian breadcrumbs.
°A medium sized onion, cut into thin slices.
°A medium sized red bell pepper.
°minced clove of garlic.
°An egg, you hit it very well.
°8 ounces of grated mozzarella cheese.
°1 cup marinara sauce.
°A quarter cup of parmesan.
°A tablespoon of milk.
° And depending on the season, I used:
° A teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
° A teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
° 1 teaspoon of fresh basil.
° A teaspoon of fresh parsley.
° Half a spoonful of mixed spices.

+For decoration:
°You must reserve half a cup of grated mozzarella.
°An additional ½ cup marinara sauce.

* Methods :
