INGREDIENTS
  • 4 tablespoons butter (half a stick)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 (15 oz) cans sweet corn, drained
  • 1 (7oz) can fire roasted green chiles, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat butter, cream cheese, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the corn, chiles, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer corn mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
