4. Asian Soy Dressing
Ingredients :
2 tbsp sesame oil or neutral oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 pinch of grated ginger (optional)
Preparation :
Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey or maple syrup in a bowl.
Add grated ginger if you want a spicy touch.
Lightly whisk in the sesame oil.
This vinaigrette is ideal for cabbage salads or raw vegetables with exotic touches.
